This project included doubling the size of the existing family room, enlarging and remodeling the existing kitchen, adding a sunroom, and creating a patio for outdoor entertaining with an area for the hot tub.

Three sided screen porch was added to this home allowing the family to enjoy the outdoors for several seasons.

An addition across the entire back of the house; including a new kitchen/ breakfast sunroom area, family room, screen porch, deck and patio. Existing kitchen was renovated into a mudroom/ butler's pantry and powder room.
